Free Nordic Walk for Mental Health – Mangakara Nature Walk – 29 September 2019
Get into nature for your mental health and wellbeing! Getting outdoors and active is a proven way to improve your mood, by reducing stress, connecting you with nature, and getting the blood pumping.
To support this year’s Mental Health Week, Winksmith Nordic Walking is inviting their customers and extended friends to a FREE walk / nordic walk in the Pirongia Forest Park on Saturday 28 September at 10am.
Some people may want to carpool while others may want to meet us there at 10am. It will be organised prior the event.
