Improved My Fitness

This May will be 2 years that I have been Nordic Walking with Sandrine Smith. Reflecting on what it has done for me:

– It has gently but definitely strengthened and improved my fitness over my whole body.
– I am walking taller because it has worked my upper body as I walk with the Nordic sticks.
– It has been a gentle and pleasurable exercise as we walk, talk and view the sights of our beautiful city Hamilton.
– Once I got into the rhythm of using the sticks behind me I found it very easy and was exercising without fully realising it.

Sandrine is a gentle teacher, guiding each of us individually. I am very pleased to have found the exercise system that suits me to improve my fitness and sense of well being.
Because my husband saw me walking taller and my improvement in fitness he has started to come to the Tuesday evening walks.
